王翚(1632--1717),清代画家。字石谷,号耕烟散人、剑门樵客、乌目山人、清晖老人等,江苏常熟人。祖上五世均善画,父王云客专画山水,画风秀雅。王翚自幼受家庭影响,喜爱绘画,先拜同里张珂为师,专摹元代黄公望的山水画。后受王鉴赏识,被其收为弟子,教他读书和学习书法。又从师王时敏。其山水画虽以临古入手,但并非专摹一家,王维的雪景、李成的寒林、董源的平峦远渚、巨然的秋山萧寺、王诜的渔村小雪、米氏父子的云山烟雨以及元代黄公望、吴镇、王蒙、倪瓒的作品,都是他摹绘的对象。
